Definitions: 

In these terms and conditions, “Photographer” refers to TnT Photography and “Client” refers to the individual or business that engages the Photographer’s services. 

Booking and Payment: 

The Client agrees to pay the Photographer for the Pre-purchased package chosen. If the Client cancels the session less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, they forfeit their booking payment. 

Rescheduling and Cancellation: 

If the Client needs to reschedule the session, they must give the Photographer at least 24 hours notice. The Photographer will make every effort to accommodate the new date and time, within the time spent at the Childcare Centre. If the Client cancels the session for any reason, other than circumstances beyond their control, they forfeit their booking payment. 

Image Ownership: 

The Photographer releases ownership as photos are provided without the TnT Photography watermark. 

Image Usage: 

Unless stated in writing, by the Client, the Photographer may use images created during the session for promotional purposes, including but not limited to, website display, social media, and advertising. The Photographer will not use any images in a manner that would be considered offensive or inappropriate. 

Liability: 

The Photographer will make every effort to produce high-quality images, but in the event of technical failure, the Photographer’s liability is limited to a reshoot of the session. The Photographer is not liable for any injuries or damages incurred during the session. 

Governing Law: 

These terms and conditions are Governed by Consumer laws of Victoria, Australia. 

Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Photographer and the Client and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or verbal. 

By engaging the services of the Photographer, the Client agrees to these terms and conditions.
